Lumea is one island in the Maldives, run like a small restaurant. We are hiring someone to lead guest experience across eleven villas.

You will meet every guest, plan every day and keep a team of eight happy on a very small island.

You have run front of house somewhere small and excellent, and you like the idea of living on an island for two years.
